Hi Dr. Barone, I tried out the orthortics today in Mundy Park (even though the instructions said that I should have a 3 week break-in period before running with them!) and for the very first time after a run, I pretty much have no pain! I am so impressed with them and if this keeps up, am going to recommend them to anyone who will listen :) Thanks so much,
